First Stone Ministries is excited to announce our own offering of hope and freedom, "LIVING FREE!"
When We Meet
The 2024 program will begin September 24. Living Free will meet on Tuesday nights from 7-9:30 pm. We ask everyone to arrive by 6:50pm each group night.
Commitment Requirements
The program runs on Tuesday nights from late September through early April each year. Your commitment is for the entire program year unless an emergency or sickness makes you unable to attend.
Audio recordings of teachings will be made available to participants via a custom shared folder link each program year.
Homework is a part of the program, and it will be up to the participant to complete each week's assignment. Two nights are allotted as small group social nights and one to a closing banquet night.
Is This Program Good for Me?
The following are some guidelines to help you decide if you are ready.
- I desire to know Jesus Christ more intimately and fully.
- I desire to allow Jesus to reveal His intended created purposes for my sexuality.
- I desire to engage with the difficult and painful realities of my life dealing with the sin and brokenness.
- I am willing and need to be open in a godly environment with the other group members about my emotions, sexual feelings, practices, and how I feel about my sexuality and identity.
- I am willing to receive the healing ministry of the Holy Spirit in all the areas of my life, but especially in the areas of my relationships, sexuality, and identity.
- I desire to walk free from all bondage through a loving relationship with Jesus Christ and His community.
- I desire to keep my commitment to this group.

The cost is $150.00 for all participants. This covers all materials, books, and handouts. It also covers the closing banquet.
Scholarships/Payment plans
Payment plans can be in any amount, but the balance must be paid by the end of March. If a scholarship is needed for this program, we ask that you inquire of family, friends, loved ones, or your home church. If you still need a scholarship, please submit your request in writing. Scholarships are available on a case-by-case review. We want all those who need the program to be able to attend regardless of the funds available.
We offer auto-payment via banking or credit card accounts. Forms will be made available.
Additional Offering
The program cost covers only the materials and administration of program resources. We ask that you prayerfully include regular financial gifts to First Stone Ministries to help support the work of First Stone Ministries and to continue to expand Living Free.
How do I participate?
Living Free requires an application process.
The link to our electronic application is available below. You may also write, call, or email us for an application. We have room for a limited number of participants, so please apply soon.
Personal Interview
Once we have received your application, someone will call you to schedule an interview to get to know you and your needs. This will also allow you to ask questions about the program and its leadership.
How do I know if I have been accepted?
We hope to inform you at the interview if you have been accepted for this program year. We may suggest that some postpone a year and meet for individual discipleship first. Others may need other steps first, e.g., a 12-step program, trauma counseling, health care, etc. If you have not heard from the staff within one week of your interview, please contact FSM.
When Accepted, Payments Appreciated
Prayer Covering
We believe prayer covering makes a huge difference in each person’s receptivity to what God wants to do in him or her. If you are accepted into the program, we strongly encourage you to ask one or two trustworthy friends to pray for you weekly while you are in this program.
